I was very disappointed in the flowers you sent my sister. I described the flowers in the squatty vase with yellow, hot pink, and orange roses without greens or babies breath. You sent my sister dark red and yellow roses with tons of greens and charged me a fortune. The presentation looked nothing like I described. It was cheaper ordering flowers in NYC to go to Columbia Hospital who got the display right and did not charge delivery, even when the patient had left thr hospital and they had to take the flowers to another address in NYC. I thought ordering local would ensure a better product and price, but that was not the case. I will not use you again.
