I am mom of 6. Only 3 are still home with me ages 16, 9 and 1. The sickness in our house is being passed around and before I knew it I was out of pto at work and found myself sick too. I walked in with all 3 of the kids, two of them sick and I myself was in distress. After getting signed in we were brought back quickly and seen within minutes! While I was more worried about my girls ears and throats, Katrina, was more concerned for me. She had the dr come right in to see me. Long story short, I had pneumonia and my girls will be fine. The staff was genuinely concerned for me and making sure we were all well taken care of. I loved the convenience of having an immediate care right in my hometown and the fact that the staff was amazing was an added bonus.

I went in and asked the receptionist if I could get a flu shot there and she told me to hold on while she went and asked, then came back and told me yes I could. So I told her I had to go get my kids and that I'd be back. So I get back with 2 cranky kids(1 and 7), get all my paperwork filled out and insurance ran and start waiting. For 30 minutes. For what should be a quick visit with the nurse. So I go ask about how much longer to expect and they tell me I'm next so not much longer. Which is fine. 10 minutes later a nurse calls me up, so I get up expecting to go back, and she tells me they can't give me my flu shot because they only have enough for their patients. SO WHY DID THE RECEPTONIST TELL ME YES AND THEN HAVE ME WAIT 40 MINUTES?! It's a walk in clinic. Completely unexceptable. My kids and I should not have had to sit in a waiting room that long for nothing and we will not be back.
