I had an issue that occurred over the holiday. I did not even expect a reply because of the holiday but after leaving a message, I received a reply very shortly and Danny came over. He quickly deduced it was not the water heater and that I had an issue that would require a different repair service. He is honest, forthright, and a credit to his profession and I would, and will not hesitate to call or recommend Rainbow Plumbing to all my friends, family, and myself, for all my future plumbing needs.
Danny is great. He did our kitchen remodel. He came in at the beginning of the project and worked with the team that did the design. He made sure everything we wanted would work. His was was excellent and very reasonably priced. He has also replace our sump pumps and did an excellent job.
Excellent service. I called Rainbow after being told the day before by another local plumbing company that they wouldn't be able to come out for about 3-4 days. Rainbow was out within 2 hours of my call that same morning and fixed our issue on the spot! Great rates, great customer service, super friendly, would recommend to anyone ; )
